<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Rising Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (EE) research is important to better understand how Entrepreneurial Dynamics are locally supported. But it presents many dead angles, such as the empirical understanding of its inter-organizational network of actors&#8217; structure and processes. The evolutionary nature of EEs indicates to go beyond econometric analysis. In the case of the Lyon area, we conducted a qualimetric analysis, combining qualitative analysis associated with an innovative interorganizational longitudinal network analysis among its 251 EE actors. We observed interesting interpersonal and interorganizational  interactions and their impact, an hyper-centrality actor, the identification of an evolutionary pattern, and the positive impact of governance.</span></p>
